After you receive your shipment, we recommend that you first check to see if it arrived safely. If you notice any damage to the packaging, it would be helpful to take photos of it before opening. If you also notice damage to the contents after opening, please take photos and inform our customer service immediately. How to measure correctly:

Chest circumference: Place the tape measure horizontally under your armpits and measure over the strongest part of your chest.

Waist circumference: Measure your waist circumference at the level of your natural waist, i.e. between the highest point of your hipbone and your lowest ribcage.

Hip circumference: Put the tape measure around your hips and measure the circumference at the strongest point of your buttocks.

To give you an indication of how certain garments will turn out, we've included details on the product page under "Fit" when we have specific recommendations. Otherwise, the garments will fit true to size. If we describe a product as "Oversize", it will fall accordingly larger. To get an oversize look you simply have to order your normal size.
