Within Germany we deliver within 3 and 5 working days. International deliveries can vary from these delivery times. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

From a purchase value of 65.00 Euro, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For all shipments that do not reach this value  we charge delivery costs of 3.90 Euro per order. The delivery costs to other countries within the EU are 6.90 Euro per order and are free of charge from 200 Euro.

The costs of a return a covered by the customer. Returns are possible within 14 days of product receiving if the following criteria are met:

1. The items must be in original condition with no signs of wear.
   
2. The label must not be removed.
3. The items must be in their original packaging.
